Yamuna Digital Research Foundation protects every financial transaction details confidential and never disclose your email, name, phone and any other personal Data with third party or external entities’ respect your contributions in Foundation and we adhere we policies:

• While making a donation, we may store your Name,Date of Birthday, Credit Cards, Email and Address just to complete the payment process.
• We will disclose donor details only if we donor gives written consent as recognition.
• All the personal data stored on cloud which are  password protected and multi authentication . This is accessed by only authorised Yamuna Digital Research Foundation Employees.
• We never share your personal details with any other agencies or sell.
• Foundation never tracks your personal interest and details while visiting our website.
• Our Website and Payment hosting data server provides data protection meeting PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), encrypted communication via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, intrusion detection for all devices and network nodes, state-of-the-art firewall infrastructure that detects malicious application attacks, virus protection, network load balancing devices via Citrix, and patch management, security and vulnerability monitoring and tracking, and SQL server attack protection via applications to detect SQL Injection and Cross Site Scripting Attacks.
• All the relationships with donors and Yamuna Digital Research Foundation are handled by highly professional individuals.
• Personal Data gathered via Contact Us, Payment Links and manual Data stored by 256 AES encryptions.
• Donor may unsubscribe newsletters, updates etc and we take their consent before mailing them.

B. Trust and Values related Commitments

As we strong believe in transparent system and we can drive only by people trust and support. We assure our Donors and supports on following policies:

• To be informed of the foundation’s mission, of the way the foundation intends to use donated resources, and of its capacity to use donations effectively for their intended purposes.
• Donations contributed will be used to meet the cost of Relief feeding operations of the Org. In case of any excess funds at the end of a relief service, the funds are directed towards feeding the children
• To be informed of the identity of those serving on the foundation’s governing board, and to expect the board to exercise prudent judgment in its responsibilities
• To have access to the foundation’s most recent financial statements
• To receive appropriate acknowledgment and recognition
• To be assured that information about their donations is handled with respect and with confidentiality to the extent provided by law
• To expect that all relationships with individuals representing the foundation to the donor will be professional
• To be informed whether those seeking donations are volunteers, employees of the organisation or hired solicitors
• To have the opportunity for their names to be deleted from mailing lists that the foundation may intend to share
• To feel free to ask questions when making a donation and to receive prompt, truthful and forthright answers

C. Donation Refund Policy: Yamuna Digital Research Foundation respects our donar decisions. If any payment happens by mistake either online or offline can be reverted to donors by submitting evidence and transaction details.

• Donation refund requests can be raised within 7 working days along with dedication evidence, reasons and issued receipt and certificates.
• Donation refund process will take upto 15 working days once after submission of proofs.
• Donation Refund request cant be entertained after 7 working days.
• In case of any conflict, all the legal cases are handled with the Indian Government Court, Ballia.
