Two-Shift Normalization
If the examination is conducted in two shifts, normalization will be applied after calculating the marks for both shifts to ensure fair comparison between students when the difficulty level of the two shifts differs.
Normalization Formula
Normalized Score = (Candidate Score − Shift Average) / Shift Standard Deviation
The normalization process will be applied to the scores of both shifts before preparing the final result/ranking.
