CCC, also known as Course on Computer Concepts, is a basic computer course offered by NIELIT. NIELIT is a government platform providing various courses in Electronics and Information Technology. This course covers both theory and hands-on practical learning. In a CCC course, one can study the basic components of the computer and how to use basic computer applications. The CCC course syllabus covers basic computer concepts, including operating systems, word processing, spreadsheets, internet usage, email, and basic computer security.

About the NIELIT CCC Course

NIELIT CCC Course is designed to increase basic IT literacy among common people . After completing the NIELIT CCC course, aspirants can use the computer for the basic purposes of preparing their personal/business letters, viewing information on the internet, receiving and sending emails, etc. This course helps small businesses, workers, housewives, students and communities to maintain their bank accounts, social media, job profile etc and boost their productivity and knowledge by power of Information Technology.

NIELIT CCC Course Eligibility

But there are 3 modes through which students can appear in the CCC exam. The eligibility criteria for all three modes are as follows:

• Students who are sponsored using the NIELIT accredited institutes are authorized to join the program irrespective of having any education.
• Students who are sponsored through government-recognized colleges/schools and receive a particular identification number from NIELIT for becoming a member of the CCC course can also conduct the CCC exam without having any qualifications.
• Direct applicants (without being sponsored through a government-identified university/school or undergoing the authorized program/path) are also eligible to appear in the CCC exam.

Students cannot appear for the CCC exam if they do not fill up the online exam form. The documents required while filling up the CCC exam form are:

• • Scanned passport-sized photographs

• • Scanned copy of the mark sheets

• • Left thumb impression as per the recommended format
